Paul Fisher MBA FCMI, Managing Director / Principal Consultant

Paul has a multi-skilled background in general and strategic management, and has held executive board and senior management positions in both the public and private sectors. His specialist areas include strategy consulting, turnaround management and organisational restructuring, international development, financial management and HRM. Paul Jansen MBA, Director / Process Consultant

Paul specialises in operational and process improvement, and has a particular interest in the application of LEAN principles across all organisational levels and functions. In addition to his extensive consulting experience, Paul has held several senior roles within the manufacturing sector, including Director of world-wide Manufacturing Engineering for NEC Computers International. Bill Williamson CA,  Senior Consultant

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Bill has public and private sector board level experience spanning a wide range of industries including Defence, Engineering, Electronics, Food Manufacturing, Shipping and Oil related Services. His specialist areas include Finance, Procurement, Production Management, Strategy Consulting, IT, H&S, Restructuring and Turnaround. Mark Logan, Associate Consultant, Technology

Mark has 18 years experience spanning strategic IT consultancy to CIO level gained within FTSE 100 organisations, and has managed large IT and software development teams internationally, including offshore deployments. Following his term as V.P. of Engineering at Atlantech, a highly successful Scottish tech company that was sold to Cisco in 2000, he progessed to become Cisco's Director of Engineering for Telecommunications and Management systems. Kenneth Shimizu, MBA, RMC, Associate Consultant

Kenneth has extensive international business experience, having held multiple CEO positions within the international textiles industry. Originally a Trader with Mitsui & Co Ltd. he has managed and developed operating units across Europe, South America, and Japan. A veteran of the textiles sector, Kenneth now undertakes consultancy work across a diverse range of businesses, and specialises in internationalisation. Dr. Bob Turnbull,  Associate Consultant

Following a successful executive career at Advanced Micro Devices (1984 -1996),
leading many of the major structural initiatives that enabled successful growth, Bob founded "Business Physics" and has spent the last 14 years providing startup, improvement, and turnaround management to a wide range of businesses. He has worked with JP Morgan Partners (now Panorama Capital) in due diligence for major financial investments, and spent 3 years as Chairman of America's Council for Continuous Improvement. GaĆ«lle Ciriego, MBA,  Associate Consultant, HRM

Gaelle has extensive experience in the field of people management and international employment law. Her background includes senior HRM roles for Velux, Sumerian Europe, and Worldmark International, where she was responsible for implementing resources and development strategies on a pan-European basis. Gaelle has developed her broad knowledge of international HRM from working in a diverse range of countries, and has recently established her own specialist HR consultancy practice. Rona Clark, BA (Hons), PgDip IT,  Associate Consultant, Finance & Accounting

Rona has 15 years accounting and financial management experience and specializes in an integrated approach to management accounting and cost analysis. Ben Jansen,  Associate Consultant, Commercial

Ben is an experienced interim manager with a specialism in the area of international sales development for both the OEM and telecoms sectors. Originally qualifying as a mechanical engineer in s'Hertogenbosch, he progressed into international sales development working with Comtest Instrumentation, Schlumberger, Sagem Orga, and iMetrik Solutions. Based in Belgium, Ben has worked in multiple foreign markets including Canada, South America, SE Asia, India, and extensively within mainland Europe. Lance Pearson, Associate Consultant, Commercial

Originally blue-chip schooled by Unilever and SmithKline Beecham, Lance is a highly experienced sales and business development professional with a specialism in sales leadership, major contract negotiation, strategic partnering and relationship building at all levels. He has held Senior Executive posts in both the public and private sectors within the UK and North America. Lance has also considerable turnaround and change management expertise and his sector background includes packaging (DS Smith plc), inbound FDI (Scottish Development International), specialist audio (Linn Products), and motion traking devices (Sixense).
